We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible via DEUTSCHE POST. If any items that you selected is not available, we will let you know by e-mail. As soon as you placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail showing all important information for your order.

GERMAN customers
For stock items please allow 3-5 working days.

EU customers
For stock items please allow 4-8 working days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL customers
Orders destined outside the EU, For stock items please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

RETURNS EXCHANGES
we try our best to deliver goods within the specified delivery time and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please notify us first via contact form, and return the item in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please note, all delivery and custom charges incurred on returns made will be your responsibility. We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect, mis-described or faulty items, so please attach the correct postage. Sadly, we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as
proof of purchase. We ask that you return the items unused, with all the original packaging and tags intact.

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. Sometimes the limitations of the banking system mean that the refund may take a further few days to show up on your card
statement.
